Configuring SSH server on VMS 7.2 and Client on HPUX 11.2

Has anyone set up SSH between VMS server and HPUX client. I have it up and running but I cannot get past being prompted for a password on the client side. My main concern is how you set up the naming convention for the pub keys on the client. It says you need a .HOSTKEYS directory instead of .ssh and the naming convention is confusing for the pub keys for the client.

Oh I guess we do not have have VMS customers set up for SSH to HP-UX. This is the first time that my questions could not be answered. But Thanks anyway, this site is still the best.
