Connect to Radius Configuration Server on HP Server

Hi,
we have Navis Radius Server installed on HP-UX 11.00.
The Server Management Tool is on a Windows NT PC.

If I try to connect from the Management Tool to the Radius Server, I only get the message "Could not connect to Configuration Server." We have different Host, and the connection works with all SUNs, but with none of the HPs.

Das anybody have any idea, what has to be configured on HP-UX to enable the connection?
There is no Problem with the network connection!

I'd ask on the Lucent Navis discussion forum.
