Connection: Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed. - 3706

HI,
When I make a connection to ORACLE database tru a asp page i got the below error "Connection: Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed. - 3706".

But I succesfully setup the ODBC connection using the OraOleDB provider.

What are the consequenses that can lead to this error.
