Console Mode to Graphics Mode.

Greetings,
I have a rx2600 and it was running fine in graphics mode, show CDE environment. If I remove the keyboard and mouse and reboot, it converts itself to a console mode output to my monitor. If I plug the keyboard and mouse back in it doesn't revert back to graphics mode. Does anyone know how to return it to graphics mode.

ive got the same problem with my rx1600
at a certain point the graphics dissappeared
and left me with a text console login
did you ever resolve the problem ????

Hey as luck would have it I heard about this this morning ....

I think the rx2600 checks for the prescence of a mouse and k/b and if not found it sticks a # in front of the last line of /etc/dt/config/Xservers ....

if you remove it and restart X with mouse & kb it should all be OK.
