Convert from Greek DEC format to any other format

Hi,

We used an emulation that caused us to use Greek DEC format.
Now we would like to change the emulation and this format is not supported on our new emulation (Reflection).

We would like to use el_gr.8859-7

We couldn't find any converter that fits our needs.

I don't know what (Greek) "DEC format" is, but with iconv(1) you can convert many code sets.

If needed, you can add code sets to iconv(1). Alternatively, you can use tr(1). In both cases you need to know which (8-bit) bit-pattern has to be translated to which other bit-pattern.
