Convert text or ascii to rtf

I'm in need of a utility to run on HPUX 11.0 that converts plain text files to rtf files.

We have utilities running on VMS and OS/400 - but can't find one for HPUX.

Any suggestions would be most helpful.

There are a number of utilities out there. One that I got free from Software Porting site: http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/
was ghostscript...I just downloaded it and the libraries and installed the binaries..the developers here use it all the time to convert files..sometimes it's not a straight conversion, but they find it never takes more than 2 steps so far to get it done. There are also $$ packages like Image Alchemy that folks say is very good too.
