Converting from VXVM to LVM

Hi,

Please let me know how should i plan this change.

1)how should i plan about disk layout.
2)What are the things needs to be taken care.
3)After LVM conversion My Vxvm volum back/resote will work ?

Please provide me your support on my query ASAP
