Could you give us some advice? We want to get the LBA of disk I/O in HPUX
hi,
We use a performance tool for analyze the workload on the disk, but the tool need the IO’s LBA(Logical block addressing).
In Linux, we can use the blktrace get the LBA
In Solars, we can use the DTrace
We want use the tool in AIX, but not found any API can get the LBA of disk I/O(eg: perfstat_disk_total_t not contains LBA).
there is any method to get disk I/O LBA in user space? or any tool like Blktrace in Linux?
Thank you for your time.
