cpqlogin.htm file to access HPSIM

Hi there,

Everytime i try to access the HPSIM site on some of my systems i get the following error:

'Can't acccess the /cpqlogin.htm file' I've tried using chmod to grant EVERYONE permission to this file without any luck.

Please help.
