Is this a hp-ux 10.20?

Re: CPU utilization problem
The CPU 100% utilisation problem you faced may not be related to increase in swapchunk parameter .
You probably need to wait for some time after reboot so that the Server becomes stable ,because the server may be busy with starting up various daemons after reboot.
opcagt is the HP openview agent , if your system is notmonitored my NMS , then you can consider shutting down that process permenently .Check /etc/rc.config.d/opcagt.
Thanks ,
BL.

Re: CPU utilization problem
Try:
#opcagt -kill
#opcagt -cleanstart
If the problem persists, do you have any template that monitors huge log files?
Let us know!

Re: CPU utilization problem
I think you've typed something wrong, try again, by this order:
#opcagt -kill
#opcagt -cleanstart
#opcagt -version
Post the output here.
