crash after back up

Hi , last night one of our L1000 crashed during the back-up .
here the syslog :

Value: "MAJORWARNING (3)" for Resource: "/system/events/memory/8" (Threshold: >= " 3") Execute the following command to obtain event details: /opt/resmon/bin/resdata -R 183107586 -r /system/events/memory/8 -n 183107585 -a


and the result of the command i typed in an attached file.

You have defective memory.

You need to get your HP service guy in to change your faulty DIMM card.

Actually, the output of the command doesn't look right but never the less, this looks to me like faulty RAM. Could you run the output of the commadn again, just to be sure.
