Re: Crash

You have a hardwar eproblem, log a call with your HP repair Centre locally.
My house is the bank's, my money the wife's, But my opinions belong to me, not HP!

Re: Crash

Hi Angelo,

You seem to have a HPMC error, which normally indicates a hardware error.

The best thing is to call HP and open an issue, meanwhile you can pre-process the crash dump using Q4, so that HP can analyze the problem. You can look at the document id OZBEKBRC00000611 to learn how to use q4.
I am attaching the document for your convenience.

Re: Crash

Melvyn,

I hate to say it, but this HPMC was not caused by hardware!
We see a runway bus timeout at CPU0 and find, that this CPU timed out due to an attempt to reference an I/O address of 0xffff0380. This is an invalid I/O address - and thus the reason for the HPMC.
To make a long story short, PHKL_22785 should fix the problem.
There is no good troubleshooting with bad data
