reboot after panic: TOC, pcsq.pcoq = 0.eb88, isr.ior = 0.e730
(the hex numbers differs from panic to panic, the ones shown above are from the latest panic)
it doesnt crash that offten... like once a month or so...

Re: crash
The message indicates that someone or something is causing a Transfer Of Control (TOC).
This could be someone manually performing this task, or it could be hardware, or there is a remote possibility it may be caused by ServiceGuard if you are running MC/ServiceGuard.

Re: crash
I agree with Melvyn that it is one of the possibility of TOC.
You should check first /var/adm/crash and then /var/tombstones dirctories whether any files generated... if any, then u should first check whether any chasis codes generated in /var/tombstones/ts99 file and other errors which having CURRENT timestamp... if not, then no need to worry... if any then u should place a call with HP and send this files(core and ts99) for analysis.
Hope it is clear.
Cheers...
Satish.

Re: crash
Your 25 >9 serial cable do you mean not wired correctly ?
Your statement :-
"it doesnt crash that often... like once a month or so... "
Is far to often, a HP server should stay up and running uniil the sysadmin takes it down.
