I need to create user who can only acces sam for configuring printer. So how to do that ?

You can create a user with sufficent privs and put him SAM as a shell, but he can then do everything with your server...

just accept the defaults for now and click o.k
in the next screeen it will show the funtional areas in which partially enabled disabled options are there .select action ---->Disable all and next select the required option and go to options---> enable it .and save it . which will ask for the user name .select the user name to whom you want to give the permission .

From the menu select the user,selct the default and proceed.
