Solutionhttp://www.hp.com/go/hpux-vpars-docs
Find the
HP-UX Virtual Partitions Release Notes A.05.06 (HP-UX 11i v3) (T1335-91005, March 2010)
document. It has all the step by step procedures.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: create the first vpar form Genesis n_Partition.
its better to read some vpar admin guide posted above. But here is the brif overview on how create the vpar.
Boot your Genesis n_Partition & install the OS from ignite or media.
Modify your n-par if you want to add more cells.
Install v-par software.
Create the new vpar using vparcreate command.
if you want to create more than one vpar than create required no. of vpars using vparcreate command.
Install the os on remaining vpars.
Update the auto file (for pa risc "hpux /stand/vpmon" & for integrity "boot /stand/vpmon")
if your server is integrity server than change the booting environment to vpar.
