CRM and Billing data synchronisation

Dear all

My Siebel application needs to pass information such as customer information as and when they are entered/modified to my backend billing system in real-time or near real-time for update.

How can this be achieved without using a middleware such as Vitria and Tibco? Can any Oracle functionality support this requirement?

This can surely be done by using a custom sql query on the related Siebel tables, and then passed onto your other system's database through a trigger action.
