CSTM problem

You have access to unlicensed tools only on this system.
can any body have solution of this problem? OS HP UX 11.11, Sept 2005 GOLDAPPS11i, GOLDBASE11i, HWEnable11i, OnlineDiag are installed.
Where as cstm is working fine on another server of same HW, OS & patch bundle level.

changed the command sequence, it gave the same result. restarted the daemons /usr/sbin/stm/uut/bin/sys/diagmond & diaglogd.
now it is working
