CSTM SBE ERRORS Correct Bit of (-1)
Running CSTM in different systems often gives different results. Some system sill give the SBE Bit # nn other always displays (-1).
Can someone tell me how I can get the Bit # and not -1. In my business this is critical.
Below are two examples............thanks
***************Running in HP 7400************
DIMM Slot: 2b
Error Type: Single/unconfirmed: single-bit error that
could not be confirmed as either soft or hard.
Page Status: Deallocated: page is no longer in use.
Bit Num: 47

Basically, when you get this, it's because the diagnostic program isnt sure which bit is flipped (based on what I am reading) so its simply telling you as much as it can.
