I try to run information log on cstm prompt

You have to enable it using "lic" command.

Syntax: license | lic [password {}]

Use this command to install the level of licensing you need to run
support tools. The password you enter will determine the level of
access the system grants you. All permissions granted you apply to the
current test system only.

The password you type is not displayed on the screen.

where do I get stm license password

#/sbin/init.d/diagnostic stop
#/sbin/init.d/diagnostic start
