Hi all,
anybody can tell me the difference between patches and cumulative patches???
When I install a cumulative patch I have to remove the precedent patch??

Re: cumulative patches
As it's name implies, a cumulative patch is one that accumulates all previous fixes into it.
My house is the bank's, my money the wife's, But my opinions belong to me, not HP!

Solution
Hi Roberto,
As said, a cumulative patch includes all the previous patches/corrections for a given product.
You don't need to uninstall the previous patches before installing the bundle.
One thing you should keep in mind when installing a patch bundle, is to always select the "match_target" option to avoid installation of unnecessary components.
This is done with either checking the box in the options menu if you use the GUI or with the "-x patch_match_target" option on the command line
Best regards,
Dan
