Good marks 'cept for the tiny thing of hit or miss performance.

If we were perfect there would be nothing to strive for right? ;)

Re: Customer Survey

1. No "Dutch" available as prefered language (not that I would have chosen it, but it misses)
2. 'Don't know' radio buttons are missing (I don't know what type of support contract we have :)
3. I've checked N/A for the items I'm not responsible for
4. I've check 'use Linux' in the early part, but it's not from HP. The linux section asumes it is. I've selected 3rd party for all, but I don't have any support at all on my Linux
5. Our windows file server was bought with Compaq. Do I check HP? :)
6. 'None' radio buttons are missing with support select.
7. Primary job function misses 'all of the above' or something like that. We're a small company where functions are distributed amongst the employees

Done.

Enjoy, have FUN! H.Merijn

Re: Customer Survey

Melvyn,

I'll make you a deal: You respond to my (duplicate) congraulatory thread in your honor:

http://forums.itrc.hp.com/cm/QuestionAnswer/1,,0xaa56b82b2d63d71190080090279cd0f9,00.html

so I can give you your rabbit, and I'll take your survey.

Just kidding, I already filled out the survey (and the one through Interex - nothing like double dipping!), but I really would like to give you that rabbit.

Re: Customer Survey

I'm not actively supporting any systems at this time and have not used Support since last May, so I won't skew the survey with old opinions. It is interesting that the last survey I did my experience was the same as Jon Mattatall:
"High marks for local Field Engineers.
Low for Support calls. "

Things need to improve.

Re: Customer Survey

After spending two frustrating weeks trying to get a human being at HP to contact me regarding our service contract expiring in June I was very happy to take the survey, and let them know how I feel. It is strange that a company that gives great on-site support has these problems in other areas.

Talk about answering the same questions over and over again.

That kind of bothered me but I finished it anyways hoping to get the big
