Customizing Dtlogin

Hi All,

I am trying to do two things to customize the dtlogin login screen. (The screen that prompts you for a username and password). Before anyone goes and tells me to edit the /etc/dt/config/C/Xresources file, please read further. I know that this is file that this customization belongs in, but I do not know the syntax that I need to use. I am not a motif developer and do know all of the options. I can do simple things like change the icon, change the greeting message, etc. , but I can't find any good documentation on customizing other parts of this screen. These are the two things that I am trying to do:

1. Disable the options button. Either make it disapear or make it so the user cannot access the menus under it.

2. Make the background of the screen red. It is currently black. I can make everything red, but I cannot seem to make the background red without changing the color of everything on the screen.

Thanks,

Dieter
