CVS Server (HPUX) WIndows Client (Tortoise).

Hi,

I have installed CVS on HPUX and started cvs using inetd service.

entry in the Inet.conf as follows.

cvspserver stream tcp nowait.500 root /usr/local/bin/cvs cvs --allow-root=/disk1/HPOSSJAdapter/OSSJ pserver

correct me if any error here.

But, I am not able to connect from the Windows client.

Please pour experts idea to overcome this issue.

Hi Rajesh,

Is CVS server up and running ? Can you check the following,

# telnet 2401

Did you edit /etc/services and add CVS there ?
