There is a document called "using q4" in the ITRC that will tell you how to pre-process your dump for HP to troubleshoot it.
One of the steps in that document is to run the command "trace event 0" from the q4> prompt.
If you posted that here, we might be able to find a match if its a known problem.
Otherwise you will likely need to open a SW call with the HP Response Center.

is a list of D-Class error codes.
Bxxx indicates OS panics, but I see no BF00.
When did it crash? During boot? Will it come up?

is there any crashdump saved under /var/adm/crash? if so, what does the panic string in hte INDEX file say?
