Daily Maintenance ?? Lost the thread ! .. =)

There was a great thread on daily maint. But I didn't book mark it and now I am looking for it. But what I am trying to do is write a script that will remsh into different boxes and pull out data that should be looked at daily. SO far I am looking at syslog.log,
bdf,uptime,swlist. I am sure I am missing some stuff. Any ideas or the link would be much appreciated.

You could do with some tools such as:

and try to use big brother:
