dat error

hi all ,
I am sachit patil .I reqiured yours help .
I got the following message in syslog.log
vmunix:SCSI TAPE DEV=-XCD025000 I/O ERROR DURING CLOSE
this error was coming when i am taking backup on dds2 .pls reply me as sson as possible . I installed driver using insf -e
In ioscan -fnC tape
it is showing claimed device
pls help me
