Robert,
reading the error message:
"Power supply in enclosure:slot 1:B
is missing or has failed."
I would say your power supply has failed or you had a temporary power outage and caused the machine to shut down.
Check that the power supply is correctly connected. If the machine reboots without problems would indicate temporary glitch, or it fails, replace the power supply.
