DB2 V8.2 on HP-UX 11.23 Itanium
We are evaluating HP-UX 11.23 Itanium servers with DB2 V8.2, and the question has come up whether we should use RAW or Cooked file systems? Just curious what the latest pro/cons are on that. We currently run Sybase on RAW and Oracle on cooked, but this will be the first instance of DB2 on HP-UX here. Thoughts please............
