Default installation of Enterprise Server 4.0

Previous SA accepted the default installation of Netscape Enterprise Server 4.0 which put it in /usr. I would like to move it off the root disk so it can be imported to our backup server in the event of a failure.
Can I just mv or cp the files where I want or do I need to uninstall and re-install.

I know that this isn't really an HP-UX question, but the other forums suck compared to this one...

use mv and make a symlink ie:

cd /usr
mv
ln -s
