Delayed 11i shipment.

Delayed 11i shipment.

HP sent me an email stating that my lli CD's would be delayed. Is there a problem with 11i or is it just that they didn't burn enough to handle the demand?

I received mine several months ago. I suspect that they are simply out of stock at the moment. This is not unusual as Support+ CD's are sometimes delayed as well. Typically, you will receive youe media in about two weeks or so.

Hi Dale:

If you used SUM here at the ITRC to place your order, you can check the status of your order. Click Maintenance and Support -> Software Update Announcements -> Request Status and History.

I've got the same e-mail when ordered 4 weeks ago.
What I did was call my local HP salescontact, and I recieved the CD's thru him 2 days after.

The CD's from my original order turned up a couple of weeks later.
