Deleting SG package and removing VG

Hi guys,

We have a SG package that we no longer use and we want to completely remove it from teh cluster so that we can free some diskspace.

I have listed my plan below, but would like to know if anything else needs to be considered.

1)Create backups.
2)# cmhaltpkg pkg_name
3)# cmdeleteconf -v -p pkg_name
4)# vgexport OLDVG
5)un-present disks from SAN

Thats about it I think...just wondering if i need to do anything else?

nothing else to do really, unless you want to remove the package directory on each node in the cluster.
remember to vgexport the OLDVG on every node in the cluster as well

Don't forget to remove the devices files from the LUNs after the unpresent
