Delta Document

Hello,

some time ago I came across the document called HP-UX 11.0/10.20 Delta Document (I am not sure if this was the title of the document, it was something like this).

The document describes the differences between HP-UX releases 11.0 and 10.20.

I would be very thankful to anyone who could point me where I could find this document (searching for the document on HP's doc site was not successful).
