Deployment of Jet Query Stand alone on Unix Boxes

This is regarding deployment of one of the java based applications on the UNIX boxes.
I need to do "Deployment of Jet Query Stand alone on my Unix server"
I would want the build to happen from clear
case.
I will get the required jar file for the deployment on the UNIX box.

Please suggest, how to deploy this?
