/dev/random and /dev/urandom

I saw an A. Clay posting (another topic) that /dev/random and /dev/urandom were devices usable (presumably) on HPUX. I've got them on Linux (pretty cool and useful), how do I create them for HPUX?

You install the strong random number generator (free):
