dhcp reservation using ignite-ux
Is it possible to do dhcp reservations based on MAC addresses using Ignite-UX? I don't see such an option in the IUX graphic interface.
Thanks,
james

Re: dhcp reservation using ignite-ux
James,
You can only specify the IP Range for the dhcp options in the Ignite Server. They can be any IP's and they're temporary for the clients to boot.
You can always go back and change them from the Ignite Menu->Options->Server Configurations...
Hope this help

Reservations have an option to associate the IP with a MAC address

Re: dhcp reservation using ignite-ux
That's what I am looking for, I would like to associate the IP with a MAC address so that my other PXE enabled servers will not get the bootpd replies. How can this be done?
Thanks,
james
