DHCPv6 on HP 11.11

how to correct this faulty behaviour when
both dhcpv6clientd and dhcpv6d run in the same host. client fails to obtain IPv6 address.
as shown below.
dhcpv6clientd[1900]: Sent SOLICIT message to address ff02::1:2

dhcpv6d[1833]: Received 1 message from fe80::210:83ff:fefb:49e5 in interface index 1

dhcpv6d[1833]: No matched interface index found

dhcpv6d[1833]: pool group none
