diagmond daemon will not start

spbe895a# /sbin/init.d/diagnostic stop
spbe895a# /sbin/init.d/diagnostic start
spbe895a# ps -ef | grep -i diag
root 5950 3119 0 19:56:39 ttyr3 0:00 grep -i diag

the file in /etc/rc.config.d is set to 1.

I have also tried running the binary /usr/sbin/stm/uut/bin/sys/diagmond
but with no joy.!

I have looked at this link and all appears to be in working order. I have3 a couple of warnings on the swverify but otherwise all is good.?

What kind of warning did the swverify gave you ?

which platform you are trying? (uname -a)

Try as,

# sh -x /sbin/init.d/diagnostic start

and post results.

What version of OnlineDiags do you have installed?

Are there any errors logged in any of the files in /var/opt/resmon/log when you try to start the online diags?

Did diagmond work in the past? If it has just stopped working, what has changed recently?
