DIMM fault
Is that meaning the fault of one of my DIMM module?

Yes it is telling you you have a memory dimm that is seeing Single Bit errors, which are correctable. It is also telling you that if this contiues, or there are a large number being logged, you might wish to have the dimm replaced BEFORE it fails altogether.

It tells you that you had 20 correctable errors in a day.
Depending on your tolerance level for a system crash, you would want to either monitor it until it gets worse (which I don't recommend) or open a call with HP to have the hardware guys look at the data.
If it were me, I would get it checked out by hardware support.
