Disabeling Screen Lock & Screen Saver

Hello All,
How can i disable the Screen Saver and Screen Lock on the HP Systems for all the Users. As we work in shifts these are creating the problems, for which i have to supply the root password for the user every time .

The closest I've gotten so far is from Rich Roenigk, who suggested the
use of the dtsession resource "keys". (Read dtsession(1) for more
details) With this, I've added the login names of the admins who don't
know the root password and distributed the "Dtsession*keys:" resource to
all the workstations, so anyone in the "keys" list can unlock the screen
with their own passwords. This works remarkably well, but still needs
to be done at the system console... it cannot be done remotely.


You make 1 user with a password going into Dtsession*keys

Then this user can unlock any screen but nobody without the password can
