disable collate

Hello,
my system OS is hpux 11i and 11.00

how do you turn off collate when using lp command to print a postscript file to a printer? I read the lp man page and found -o option but the printer just keeps printing 1,2,3,4,5. 1,2,3,4,5. 1,2,3,4,5 instead of 111, 222, 333, 444, 555 no matter -o Collate=true or False. I have HP Laser printers, Minolta, Dell but none of them would print collate off.

Please help me.
