Disabling EMS and CIM Server on vm guest

I am trying to locate best practices for which services to routinely disable on an Integrity VM guest.  I'm assuming anything that is monitoring hardware should be disabled, since that is the job of the VSP.  Currently I shutdown CimServer and EMS.  Any other obvious ones?
