Disk bottleneck !

Hi all,

I have a Server RP7410:
- OS 11i
- 4 Disk internal (2 Disk installed OS and mirror, 2 Disk install Oracle version 9 and not mirror).
- file system is vxfs
My system always occur error message " Disk bottleneck probability 100%"
I have two solution fix this problem.
1. convert file systen vxfs for Oracle to raw file.
2.purchase Disk external.
is this solution the best ?.
