Disk is not found time of (hpux) installtion of rx2660 server

My machine has already 11.23 I want to upgrade the os 11.31 in rx2660 machine.There in EFI prompt i tried to boot through CD,it is taking the cd,after that it comes to installtion menu..but there left hand side showing no disk..while taking through cd it is giving some (NOTE) in IO scan no disk found. This machine has sas controller,so,i tried in shell> prompt to break the hardware mirror also by doing

shell> drvcfg -s; but in this menu i can't find any thing to break the mirror.Disk is ok,in 11.23 I am getting output.In this server there is 2 disk,in one os is there.Green led also blinking,i tried refixing the disk. plz provide me the solution.How to install it.

What type of controller is installed?

At this time, the smart array P400 is not yet supported with 11.31.

how to check controller what its having??It is sas1068 like?is this a controller.

sir, can u tell me abt drvcfg menu commands in shell prompt,i'm quite sure for hardware mirroring it is nor showing the disk.Tell me how to break and add the diskgroup.
