If the value of 10 is consistently shown, then there may be a problem. Are you experiencing performance delays? If the response is still good, then this may just be the way that the Application operates.
Are you striping or alternate-pathing?
Has the Application been tuned properly first, to make best use of the resources it has? Table buffering in memory, etc?
