Disk Subsystem Queue

If disk subsystem queue is high (say 10), where should we look at in glance or perfview to isolate root cause of the problem?

Jason,

If the value of 10 is consistently shown, then there may be a problem. Are you experiencing performance delays? If the response is still good, then this may just be the way that the Application operates.

Are you striping or alternate-pathing?

Has the Application been tuned properly first, to make best use of the resources it has? Table buffering in memory, etc?
