Title: dm_core_hw
Command: /usr/sbin/stm/uut/bin/tools/monitor/dm_core_hw
Vendor: Hewlett-Packard Company

Is this something I should be worried about?

What is causing this error? Apprecaite any help.
Thanks

Re: dm_core_hw
PHSS_23332 - s700_800 11.00 Support Tool Manager Patch
It has a dependency of PHCO_22628
The patch text for PHSS_23332 describes the fixed defect.
Are you getting restart notifications every 15 mins?
Hope this helps.

Re: dm_core_hw
What is the detailed error message from the FC60? You can find it in /var/opt/resmon/log/event.log. It might be a hardware or a configuration issue.

Re: dm_core_hw
EMS is findind a problem with your F60 disk array - in the message there will be information on what the problem might be and also a HTTP link along the lines of :-
http://docs.hp.com/hpux/content/hardware/ems/lpmc_em.htm#101
Go the the site and more detailed information will be presented on the problem and also how to resolve it.

Re: dm_core_hw
Looking at the note for patch PHSS_23332, this maybe the answer, I have PHCO_22628 installed, but to apply this patch looks like I need to reboot the machine, so I may have to do this over a weekend.
I am getting a message every 15 mins or less.
I found nothing related to FC60 in the event.log.
But when I issue a command that mensioned in syslog file, I get this message.

Solution1) new FC60 firmware HP06 and disk_em report false event #30 messages.
2) dm_core_hw restart notifications
This patch has been superseded by PHSS_23332. Neither this patch or the dependant patch requires a reboot.
hope this does it for you.

Re: dm_core_hw
Applied the patch, it has been more than an hour and root did not receive any mail.
Thanks all for your assistance.
