Does anyone know what these Memory Warnings mean?

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to run this question by everyone here. Does anyone know what the below warnings might be? Or even where I may be able to find out.

system startup resulted in what appeared to be two memory warnings:

Warn 7706
Warn 9000

The system is a K570...

Thanks for any help...

I think the 9000 error mean you either have FASTBOOT set to ON and/or the default console path is be set to a non-present graphics card.
Im from Palmerston North, New Zealand, but somehow ended up in London...

Re: Does anyone know what these Memory Warnings mean?

WARN 7706: This warning message is to inform the user that he/she may be
sacrificing a very small memory performance gain due to the fact
that he/she does not have ALL EDO memory installed in the system.
It's currently undocumented. The Warning message is a new one for
the 2.2 PDC release. The message can be ignored as there is no way,
(other than installing all 256Mb EDO memory) to eliminate it. It
should pose no operational problems.

Shaun:

Look at Knowledge Trees -> K-Class Servers -> View front panel codes

You will find out how to decode the front panel displays from this.

WARN 9000
States that Stable Storage console path is wrong.

reboot your system, type 'pa' at BCH and verify that your console path is set right
There is no good troubleshooting with bad data
