Does java1.2 contain tools.jar?

Hi all,

OS: HP-UX 11i

We have problem on oracle ihelp, and our dba say that tools.jar is missing on java dir. I search my old ignite backup but no tools.jar on opt/java1.2/jre/lib. Does java1.2 contain tools.jar? where can I find the complete list of files on Java1.2?
