Does online JFS , installation need a reboot. ?

Hi All ,

hp-ux 11.00 , I will be installing online JFS.
Just need to know , Does it need a reboot for that.

It modifies the kernel so yes.

Hi

It does require a reboot since the kernel gets modified,make sure you take that into account for preparing to install this.

Yes, installation of OnlineJFS will require a reboot.
