Last version of Serviceguard supported on 11.00 was 11.14.

Note that both HP-UX 11.00 and Serviceguard 11.14 are out of support.

PHSS_32656 MC/ServiceGuard and SG-OPS Edition A.11.14
PHSS_32261 Cluster Object Manager B.01.04.01
