Well....it *should* be auto-selected at install - IF AND ONLY IF - you loaded 11i at 32-bit.
EISA is not supported at 64-bit on any system.
So you may be out of luck if you're running 11.11 64-bit.
If your running 11.11 32-bit, I believe it is on the Support Plus CD - but I'm not positive.

I assume you have D-class server and A3658A EISA 100Base-T LAN card. You can use the newer LAN cards:
J3515A One port 10/100BT HSC LAN card
J3516A Two port 10/100BT HSC LAN card
Both are supported in HP-UX 11i 32 and 64 bit. These cards can run in full duplex mode and have performance much higher than EISA card.
